Can someone help me in removing a half black screen on you tube videos

When watch you tube videos there appears to be a Black Window covering the bottom have of the video. When you slide your cursor to the bottom th window will close until you let go od your mouse then it is back. Can anyone help men out so i can see the ENTIRE VIDEO lol
