My laptop won't start up

I've got a asus laptop bios version is 319, I had it on a windows 10 operating system, but it performed very poorly because that operating system was too much for the parts of the laptop, so I tried to install windows 7 on it with an iso file which I got from a website called "Get Into PC" now whenever I try to start up my laptop it keeps freezing on 'starting windows'. I don't know if it's because the setup might've lacked some files or what it could be but I really need the laptop. [move from Microsoft 365 and Office / Subscription, account, billing / For business / Security
