118Gb C drive almost full.

I have searched C drive for "Desktop" search is approaching 10,000 items found so far.The search is still running and it has found many folders and files that appear duplicated as they all have the same Name and Modified date and are located in a Temp folder.Can I delete folders and files that appear in the C\Windows\WinSxS\Temp folder? (I have tried disc cleanup, emptied Recycle bin etc)
