Why can't my Windows 10 system upgrade to Windows 11?

I'm trying to upgrade my Window 10 Pro system to Windows 11 however I'm getting an error message concerning the compatibility of my processor. My current processor is an i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHZ. My system meets all other requirements - support Secure Boot, TPM is enabled (2.0), 64 GB or RAM, system storage is 1024GB, and has 4 core processors. From what I can find, the processor needs to run at 1GHZ or higher. My system is running at 3.6GHZ. Any ideas on why I can't upgrade to Windows 11 or how to fix the issue would be most appreciated.
