Windows 11 deactivated after GPU crash

Windows 11 (purchased with the computer) is now saying it's not activated after I had some graphics card trouble, the GPU just seemed to just die, so I switched the monitors over to the motherboard's graphics while leaving the card in there and trying some relevant looking troubleshooting solutions but nothing seemed to work, the GPU just seemed to be dead. One solution said to make sure everything was updated from the manufacturer's websites including Windows Update, GPU drivers and the BIOS. The GPU drivers refused to install as they couldn't detect a device, but everything apart from the vi
