Added printer on my colleagues computer manually and it will only print in courier new with no formatting on the page

I added the printer using its port IP address using TCP/IP as I thought this was correct but as you can see the printer test page is usually formatted with colours and actual formatting. For any document I am trying to print it comes out like this. Please can someone help?
