PC infinity restarts and cannot get into winRE or Automatic Repair

I'm not too sure what happened, but my PC is stuck infinitely rebooting with the "unmountable boot volume error". Here are the things I've tried with no success.1. Simply restarting the computer2. Trying to manually get into the Windows Repair Environment by turning the computer on and off multiple times as instructed. It never launches the winRE.3. I've created a USB with the Installation Media. With that, I see a screen with "loading files" that seems to complete, followed by the Windows icon and the spinning timer. However, after that loads, the screen goes pretty much black. I say "pretty
