I forgot my administrator account's password and dont want to lose data. Is there a way to delete administrator account by local user account?

I forgot my administrator account's password. And when i was trying to unlock the account, i dont know somehow a setting showed up and by entering my Microsoft account, i succeeded to unlock the account. I tried to remove password but neither could i remove it nor change it. So just in case i made a local account. Now i want to delete that local account but since i dont remember administrator account's password, i can't delete it. All the rights and permissions are reserved by administrator account so i want to ask if there is a way to solve this matter without accessing the administrator acco
