I turned on my computer this morning, typed my PIN to enter computer but nothing showed on the screen. When I type on the keyboard, it doesn’t show on the screen, the curser stays put. I changed my wireless keyboard batteries as well as my mouse batteries but it made no difference. So now unable to enter my computer. HELP
