Hello,As the title states, I am Unable to restart PC (Windows 11), without going to BIOS, Unable to update windows 11 or reinstall 11 (save files), constantly fails. The only way I can restart is if while in BIOS I power off then windows 11 will load. Ive done most of the online repair/fixes to no avail. Ive run windows - other troublshooter, etc and still no go. Run virus/malware checks and nothing. I cant even perform a system restore or advanced startup.ThanksJohn
