Keyboard doesn't let me enter pin

Yesterday night. my keyboard stopped letting me enter my pin. I tried with my built in keyboard and my external keyboard. I type numbers (or letters) and nothing happens. The characters don't appear in the field. Both keyboards work once I'm in windows (using my external webcam).I've tried to find a way to contact Microsoft support directly, but the only option is community support. If a Microsoft support agent sees this, PLEASE LET ME CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY. I DON'T WANNA HAVE TO DEAL WITH FORUM ****.edit: it is currently working again. if it stops i will update.
