When I was dusting my pc the other day I accidentally turned it off during its boot up phase, and when I turned it on later it said it needed to repair windows (or something similar to that)after I got in and went to connect my headphones it said "bluetooth is turned off" with no option to turn it on,the bluetooth troubleshooter doesnt even recognise that my pc is supposed to be capable of using bluetooth.when I went into device manager bluetooth was under hidden devices.I followed another troubleshooting guide and they said to uninstall the device and restart the pc so windows would install t
