after update pc keeps sleeping

i updated windows 11 last night before going to bed. i got up and checked it and it now keeps going to sleep even though i have every thing set to never go to sleep. very frustrating and i can't find a solution online. i am going to switch hdmi ports because i have a total of 3 pc's and this is the only pc that has been updated. the other 2 work fine but when i switch to tv mode the pc goes to sleep, the only way to crank it back up is to hold down the keyboard sleep button for 30 seconds to get it back up
