Parental Controls Interfering with opening apps

I have had this problem for a while now. I have tried reinstalling windows, updating to windows 11 and even editing registry files to no avail. Whenever I open any windows app as in windows store, calculator or anything like that it will instead bring up a box saying parental controls are blocking it but that I can ask to use the application. I clicked this and it sent the parent of the family an email asking to unblock the app. The parent will then follow the steps and nothing will change. I tried leaving the family, being the family owner, and being an adult, but nothing worked. I then tried
