Cannot switch to administrator account to fix broken user account

Hello all,I woke up this morning to not being able to log in to my user account using my microsoft account. My password that I normally use does not work. When I click the forgot password link I get the error: `User profile cannot be loaded`. I think something my have gotten corrupted with a power surge I had recently. I have tried various other things I have found online and on these forums. I have tried:1) I have ran `SFC /scannow` in the command prompt in troubleshoot mode from the sign in screen.2) I have ran `chkdsk c: /f /r` to no success.3) I have also tried running `net user administra
