Windows 11 keeps changing my keyboard options to include US English

I only want UK English. I tried to fix it before by deleting US and reinstalling UK and I think it worked for a while but US English has creeped into my system again. So now every time I try to change language it changes to US first then to UK.US isn't even on my list of options whether it be in Language & region or KeyboardThis should be simple.
