How do I fix the "unexpected error" I get while resetting my hp laptop?

I am getting an error while resetting my hp laptop saying"the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "Ok" to restart the computer,and then restart the installation" but I really can't proceed even after clicking the "ok" and the window continuously keep popping up please help me with it. I can't even go back to settings and I don't have any type of USB drive too. Please help me as soon as possible, Thank You.
