Win11 settings app cannot be moved by keyboard

1. Connect secondary monitor A, eg, in office2. Open settings app (eg, display settings), adjust monitor A location to left of Primary3. Disconnect secondary monitor A4. Connect alternate secondary monitor B, eg, at home5. Open settings app (eg, display settings), adjust monitor B location to right of Primary6. Drag settings app to secondary monitor. 7. Disconnect monitor B and reconnect monitor A8. Discover you cannot access the settings app because it's coordinates are on monitor B9. Discover settings app does not support keyboard shortcuts to move window to primary10. Discover only a reboot
