After updating win 11 pro build 22621.963 Vietnamese font error in notepad only letters Ư, Ơ squared even though it was previously normal.

When I installed the new Windows 11 pro 22H2, the Vietnamese font in notepad displayed normally.But after the updates, I started to see notepad that the font error (ư, ơ) turned into a square box (but when I deleted and retyped those words, the display was normal and very annoying).* i don't remember exactly which version of windows but now i have updated to 22H2 OS build 22621.963.I don't know where to report the error to microsoft until I find this page.* Some experience win 11 & Feedback:I have never used win 10 because my win 10 experience on low configuration is quite bad (from the lo
