Two days ago I had left my computer on and went somewhere. When I got back it showed a frozen blue screen with a frowny face saying my computer ran into a problem and had to restart, it was a 90% but the screen was frozen, so I powered off the computer. After I powered it on again, it was put in an endless booting loop and all of the troubleshooting options didn't work. I tried using command prompt but it says the disk has write protection, I tried getting rid of the write protection in command prompt but it failed. Since none of the troubleshooting options had worked, it left me no option but
