Hello,Windows 10 Pro Dec 15th Updated Dec 16th system failedOnce I log in from the welcome screen the computer seems normal for about 10 to 20 seconds and then most of the desktop icon images disappear and I have no ability to open programs after updating windows on the night of 15 Dec. I quickly opened Google Chrome somehow and can actually browse the internet and watch Netflix and Viki without issue. I can open and run google chrome (I don't know how I pulled this off), services, task manager, and resource monitor. I can open a dialog box using the windows key + R. I can NOT run any commands
