Blue screen after windows update failed

I tried to update windows last night and ended up getting a blue screen (stop code 0xc00021a). Now my computer is stuck in a constant cycle of restarting over and over. I followed the QR code and followed the instructions a couple times and that didn't change anything. I've gone through all the advanced options and that hasn't fixed anything either. Not sure what else I can do to fix this. It was working all day then tried to install the update at the end of the day and now I'm stuck here.
