Water "splashing" or "dripping noise" coming from computer on startup.

I've been having this problem for a couple of months now. Every time I boot up my computer, I can hear what sounds like a water splashing noise coming from the back of the computer (where the power supply is located). I always have headphones plugged into my PC, so it isn't the speakers.There seems to be no dip in performance due to this.What is causing the sound, and should I be concerned?TLDR, computer makes water splashing noise on bootup (from hardware), what is it?
