Hello,My PC had an issue of "Updates are underway" and continually restarting, the same issue as Redirecting. Then I followed instruction Redirecting and tried to go to the safe mode. After I chose "5" to go to the "safe mode with networking", it restarted and gave me message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart."The
