我使用的的是笔记本电脑，在寒假回家以后，电脑总会出现蓝屏的现象，而且我在重置系统之后没有任何作用蓝屏发生的时间非常不固定，有时候正在游戏中就蓝屏，有时候在edge浏览器看网页的时候蓝屏终止代码: DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION在查看了蓝屏日志以后，发现是ntkrnlmp.exe的问题我在更新完独显（rtx3060）以后没有任何用处，请问，现在该怎么办？具体电脑配置i7 12700h rtx3060 致钛plus5000 2tb
