Taskbar auto hide doesn't work when apps are maximised

My taskbar doesn't show up when I maximize the view on an app. I used to keep taskbar at auto-hide mode before and when I scrolled onto it, the taskbar would come up. But now that doesn't seem to workThis happened just today and it seemed to work just fine before. it won't work on ANY apps but it works when I'm on desktop.I tried disabling and enabling taskbar auto-lock but that didn't work.I also tried downloading the latest version of windows 11 disk image (ISO) (Multi-Edition) [still no clue what that means] according to what Microsoft support said, that didn't work either.I use windows 11
