Antimalware Service Executable?

I have 32 GB of ram, with Ryzen 5 1400 and my station is unusable on bare desktop. Anything I've installed are things for studio like Fruity loops, plugins and surrounding apps which are disabled at moment of start. Also have two games World of Tanks and The Isle which I play.Microsoft Service Executable is interrupting my usage of station at all times. It constantly runs, with high network, memory and Cpu usage.I tried to disable it, but it keeps pop up. Is there any switch for respective customer where I can just go and click"Disable antimalware service executable and Windows Defender" - and
