Recurring Bluescreens and Reboots Across RAM Replacement, New SSD, Fresh Windows Install

For about a year now, I've had increasing numbers of bluescreens and system reboots.Initially, they would only occur while the PC was idle and not in use -- hard drives spun down, CPU entering low power mode, etc. -- especially when I would try to wake the system by moving the mouse/pressing a key. Not having time to deal with it properly, I found that keeping a muted tab playing a YouTube Music playlist on loop kept the PC awake enough (while still letting, e.g., monitors turn off from idle time) to not experience crashes.Fast forward a few months, and that wasn't enough; the monitors going o
