Virus is not removable with windows defender, how do I remove it?

I accidentily installed some software that is managing my google chrome browser. I ran the windows defender and it didnt find anything (offline as well). The malware is disabiling tamper protection in windows defender. I deleted the google folder in appdata and I was able to regain control of the tamper protection. I ran the scan again and nothing was found. But when I reopen google it still says managed by orginization but I no longer see the malicous extension or forced Bing browser. I reset search engine and default browser in chrome settings but nothing I do can get rid of the managed by o
