My laptop has been stuck on a boot loop

I have not used my lenovo laptop for 2 years now. This is because it is stuck on a infinite boot loop where i see the lenvov icon then my brightness decreases all the way then for half a second it says windows update 64%. I have tried leaving it on for hours and it still the same. The only reason it says this is because I tried to factory reset the lapotop as i had no storage
