How to activate windows in new hardware if it wont show up in the available devices?

After installing windows 10 on a new computer, Windows wont activate with the hardware change option since my new pc wont show up in the devices available, the new device is registered on my account and i made sure that my digital license was linked to my microsoft account which im now using in the new pc before making the change.
