Backing up Computer on Onedrive error

Last night my computer seems to have tried to download an update which has blue screened it. I can start the computer in safe mode. I'm trying to set up a full backup on one drive. I had to download the one drive app, but when I try to sign in on my computer (in safe mode) I get Correlation Id: d9f05b59-a837-4dfe-9013-7b187f85a578Timestamp: 2022-12-17T17:15:23.000ZDPTI: 9674e40f56a40a89bad932c5b23fc14e9fe2220b04fa55ac4839c0e082447fd6What do I do about this?
