My laptop reset everything overnight without updating nor informing.

Hi, so I really don't understand why laptop turns all the settings to the way it supposed to be, like light mode, logging out of my Microsoft account, and even cleared the chrome data. I used to have all chrome profiles for my whole family in my laptop, but not it's empty, like the first time. The weird thing is that I didn't update or there isn't any virus attack that I'm aware of. I have double antivirus, and it even blocks things that aren't threat (that's how careful I was being). What happened? Can someone tell me? Because I looked at the Start button, and it still has the 'update' option
