Windows 10 Mail not receiving signature images with Base64 code

I have created an html signature with a link to an image on google drive using Thunderbird. When sending mail from Thunderbird the signature and image worked when received in Thunderbird and Windows Mail but did not work when received in Mac Mail. I spoke to Apple and they had me create code for Base64 and add it to my html signature. After adding that code to my signature both Thunderbird and Mac Mail both received it fine. However, when I viewed it in Window Mail it no longer worked. No red X, just a blank image.What do I need to code in my html signature in order for it to work again now wi
