I received a reply to my problem but, unfortunately, it doesn't help me. I received some really good advice but I can't use them. I'll try to explain here. I had typed out a reply but it got returned, so I'm copying it and pasting it here. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate any assistance I can get.Thank you.
