Can't Install windows 11 getting stuck at 46% on Getting Updates

I am currently on windows 10 version 22H2 and wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 so I have tried to install it using iso file (Windows 11 Assistant does not work either it says you don't have permission) but it gets stuck at 46% on getting updates every time also I have enrolled in an insider program to get windows 11 but it gets stuck and takes too long so it not really working.To solve the 46% stuck issue I have tried to rename the software distribution folder and sfc/scannow takes too long to complete so i have exited every time in the middle of the process.Kindly provide some methods for qui
