I'm trying to find the computer program that my aunt used to fix her computer.A while back, my aunt had some computer problems and ended up hiring some random company online to fix her computer for her. They called her, connected to her computer, and then did something to "fix" her computer. Honestly, she was likely scammed or something, but regardless, I want to figure out what program they used on her computer so I can know whether she and her computer are safe.From what I understand, they didn't directly make her download anything, instead they had her open up the Run box (Windows key + R)
