My computer is running hot due to a process called vmmem.exe. It is consuming up 25% of the CPU power. I cant kill it even as an administrator.

If I right click on the process and say kill it from within task manger I get access denied. When I run Powershell as an administrator and I find the process using C:\windows\system32>Tasklist /fo table to locate:vmmem 20632 Services 0 505,712 KThen runC:\windows\system32>taskkill /F /PID 20632 ERROR: The process with PID 20632 could not be terminated. Reason: Access is denied.So I can't kill this process even as an administrator. I have everything shut down but my browser and mspaint. I am not running docker right now though it is installe
