Pc enters in a recovery mode loop and when trying to restore system it indicates the password is incorrect

I have also tried installing windows 10 from an usb but I get a message saying updating isn’t available if I start the pc with windowsTrying to fix problems that impede windows to start or trying to boot into safe mode has no result eitherDisabling recovery mode takes me to a screen that says windows couldn’t start (0xc000000), taking me to recovery mode or asking me to change startup configurationIs there any way I can keep my data?Any help is appreciated
