Can't open Start Menu, Search Menu or Windows Explorer on Windows 11 22h2

Got a new PC with Windows 11 built in, with the 22h2 quality updates. At first, I couldn't see a taskbar (it was blank and only the system tray icon arrow was showing. Since fixing this issue, a new one has arisen since I cannot use any of the features in the post title.I have tried every fix I can find online and Youtube, including restarting the Explorer in task manager, several different lines of dialogue in CMD and Powershell, and trying to roll back to 21h2, which I cannot do since the option to do so does not appear (not greyed out as some people have reported, just the 'Go Back' option
