NET Framework Bad IL range error

Hello,After every restart or start of Windows, I get such an error (see picture).I have absolutely no idea what to do to make it stop. I tried to check the files (System file checker - sfc scann), also the DISM command to restore the files. It no longer shows any error. But I still have a problem with it.I also copied the whole text (Details)See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.BadImageFormatException: Bad IL range. at Newtonsoft.Json.Converters.EntityKeyMemberConverter..
