I'm trying to get rid of drivers and chipsets I installed on a from scratch build. Something went wrong and the drivers are corrupted and won't let me install a new set of drivers. its causing sound distortion via bluetooth and refusing to let me download things. I tried a hard reset but it just reinstalled windows with the same driver set I had. I'm currently trying a full wipe but it won't let me reset from bios with no os. It just reinstalls windows from my system. I want a full wipe with no os so I can reinstall it from a USB I have ready. Is it possible to do this?
