windows 11 saying apps that previously ran just fine are now unable to run on this pc.

ok I'm running a dell g15 and i just upgraded ram to 64gb. I know the ram has nothing to do with it but now any program i download will either not run the setup for it or windows will say this app cant run on this pc. now the app ran perfectly fine before and i have done the compatibility thing, sfc, redownloaded, repaired, and even moved it. but windows is still not letting me run it. it is also doing the same thing for a few other programs and apps i got from Microsoft store (some came from else where too)
