My Desktop has been failing windows 10 updates since 1909 and won't update even now

Hello!My desktop has been secretly failing updates since the 1909 update, and I haven't known about it. It is really weird because the computer has been restarting and showing it downloaded, but when it reboots, the update is not installed. When I found out earlier this week, I manually ran updates with media creation tool and the update assistant. Neither will properly execute.I have already tried:- Updating my windows to 22H2 through the update assistant- Using the windows media creation tool- resetting my catroot2 and software distribution folders- Running the trouble shooter (this didn't e
