Is Microsoft going to fix these (2) Windows 11 bugs?

I installed a fresh Win11 about a month ago and so far I've noticed 2 major bugs in the OS. 1. Shift + right clicking programs on taskbar causes a crash. I have a small python script that's in the exe format and I put it on my taskbar for easy access. However when I shift + right click that file to open its location, context menu appears, my mouse freezes for a couple seconds, and the context menu (along with taskbar) disappears and refreshes after a couple seconds. So I can't "Open file location" of any program that's in the taskbar. 2. Snipping tool causes a crash. This is a weird one. I
