My alt key decides to be constantly pressed sometimes

So I bought a brand new keyboard, like a week old, but there is a problem. When I am typing or playing games, it decides to just have alt pressed in, and until I press it again, it will still be pressed. It's most often to accour when i pressed alt for mistake with one of the letter keys (when i use shortcuts with alt it doesn't do that). The keyboard is Genesis Thor 420.
