Unable to log into computer after reset, Windows 10

We recently purchased a used laptop from my workplace, which was connected to my work user profile. To set it up for personal use, I have reset the computer, choosing to remove all files and install from local drive (install from cloud did not work). Following this reset I am unable to log into the computer. The old work profile is still the default login option, but if I try to log in I get the message "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded", which I assume is due to me removing all files in the reset.The first time I reset, I kept all files and wa
