Duet display uninstalled from control panel even though I cancelled the uninstallation when I first wanted to delete it

Hey, mind if I have an answer as to why duet display was uninstalled from my control panel even though I cancelled the uninstallation when I had the option to do so after I wanted to uninstall the app/feature by uninstalling it? So to elaborate, I went into control panel to uninstall duet display. Then after I clicked on the program/app to uninstall it, it starts to uninstall, then control panel gave me the option to cancel the uninstallation. After i changed my mind and clicked cancel, the duet display app disappears/uninstalls. After that, I searched for the app/program in my control panel a
