After many years of the same internet provider, I finally ditched them and signed up for new service.I had my HP OfficeJet Pro 8600 added on my workgroup with a wireless connection. I updated the printer and connected it to the new wireless connection, but my printer kept saying Offline. After restarting both, I deleted the default 8600 printer, and went to add it back. When I click Add Printer, it does not show up in the list, even after refresh. I click "the printer that I want isn't listed", choose "Add a bluetooth, wireless, or network discoverable printer" and it still doesn't show up
