After an update I had been kicked out of Windows 10 and it was replaced with Windows 7. How can I get Windows 10 back?

This computer came with Windows 10. I can see some of my programs, but can't see others and my extensions have disappeared. I hesitate trying anything that might make the situation worse. Why would an update do this? How can I get Windows 10 back? This may be more system information than you need: Intel® Core i3-7100U CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB I00325-81109-82650-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 10 Home Version 21H2 Installed on ‎11/‎13/‎2020 OS build 19044.2251 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0
